In the Tale of Chadizah you met Adula Zabadu the rightful ruler of the Amonu Empire and Lodiva Graze, Chadizah, the High Guildmistress of Chadizah and supreme sorceress of Lyantho. Although they are related by blood that is not their only connection.

They are related in spirit and purpose.

Lodiva's history is the focal point of the story her journey from Agrippa to the island just west of the eastern edge of the Eastern Sea is the path she takes to Chadizah. Faced with a shattering world, Adula digs deeper into the maze of Chadizah's past searching for knowledge long since hidden in the Tome of the Ancient Order. Deep in the telling of the past is the key to proving to herself that she is the Mighty One while the cadets of the Nerrovar School race against time to escape the approaching army bent on arresting Adula.
A hasty and heedless deal with a goddess loses Chadizah all physical contact with her infant daughter. Forsaking her matron, her throne and her duties she runs away from the sanctuary and tranquility of Agrippa to pursue the perilous task of constructing the Seven Sacred Cities. With six possible directions to travel even the trail of least resistance is rife with hazards. Her expedition will place her in the middle of shadowy natives who blur the lines between the benign and malevolent. She must make alliances and gain their trust to reach the city and nation which bear her name.

So much can happen in just a few minutes time.
